Only after receipt of a confirmatory deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the total value, the reservation becomes valid. The payment of this deposit may be effected in cash, by credit card or through international bank transfer in favour of the current account of Locanda Cà dell’Ora at:

In case of non-appearance this deposit will not be refunded.

Payment of the balance has to be effected upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card.

On the occasion of the reservation, we ask you to let us know the exact number of persons and their age. There is no possibility to enhance the number of beds in the rooms and apartments beyond the number indicated on our website and confirmed  upon reservation.

Arrival and departure times

On the day of arrival the rooms are at our guests’ disposal as from 5 o’clock p.m., and on the day of departure they have to be left not later than at 11 o’clock a.m.;  special arrangements, however, are possible. The inspection of the rooms on the day of departure is being effected between 8 and 11 o’clock a.m.

On arrival all guests are requested to leave a valid travel document (passport or identity card) at the reception which will be returned to them immediately after the necessary registration formalities.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay of our guests is for two nights.

Ban on smoking

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and common premises.

Volume of the television set

We ask our dear guests to adjust the volume of the television set or of any other music playing device to a moderate level,  adequate to the tranquillity and harmony of the surroundings, particularly during the hours of  rest, from 2 to 4 o’clock in the afternoon and from 9 o’clock p.m. to 9 o’clock a.m.

Deposit

The remote control of the television set and the house- and room keys (both, electronic and conventional ones) will be handed over to our guests against a deposit of € 100.00 (one hundred) which will be completely refunded  when handed back intact at their departure.

Visitors

Visits of friends and relatives are admitted only in the daytime, and our guests are obliged to inform the management accordingly. The visits will be admitted only against presentation of a valid proof of identity. During the night the stay of visitors at Cà dell’Ora is strictly forbidden.

For our own security and the safety of our guests we are obliged to follow these strict rules.

Liability

The management assumes no liability whatsoever for the loss or damage of any private property of our guests, left unguarded in their rooms, in the common premises, at the swimming pool or in their unattended cars at the Cà dell’Ora site.

Our guests are obliged to treat well the furnishings of all premises, to handle with care the household articles of their rooms and not take anything for “souvenir”. Any violation will be prosecuted.

Parents, relatives and other majors are responsible and liable for their accompanying minors.

Swimming pool

All persons have to take a shower before entering the swimming pool and to wear a bathing cap.

It is not allowed to dive, to play ball and noisy games, to take air mattresses and other floating objects into the water, to use soap or detergents of any kind and to carry needles, knives and other acute or cutting objects with them into the swimming pool. Children must always be accompanied by their parents or other adult persons and be constantly looked after.

The management refuses to accept any responsibility and will reserve its rights in case of non observance of these rules.

Pets

No pets are allowed anywhere at the Cà dell’Ora site
